Frequently Asked Questions

How much more can I earn the more I refer?

Your rate increases automatically with your lifetime successful referral count: $5 each for your first 50, $6 each for your next 50 (51-100), and $7 each from your 101st referral onward. No negotiation needed, it is calculated automatically.

Who is this program for?

Anyone. Whether you are an operator referring a coworker, or a job-site safety blog, creator, or equipment dealer sending real volume, you join the same program and the same rate schedule applies to everyone.

When do I get paid?

Automatically, the moment a referred operator finishes their course and their certificate is issued. Never for a click or signup alone.

How do I receive payouts?

Choose PayPal or Venmo when you sign up. Payouts are sent automatically and directly to that account.

Do I need to fill out tax paperwork?

The IRS only requires a 1099-NEC once a contractor is paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year. We ask for a completed W-9 earlier than that, once your lifetime earnings cross $1,500, as our own precaution. Everything you have already earned stays yours and gets paid as soon as it is received.
