Forklift Certification Organization / Bulk Program Terms
Last updated October 2026. By creating an Organization account, you agree to the terms below.
1. How Pricing Works, Chosen Per Operator
You choose how each operator's seat is paid when you add them to a roster, not once for the whole organization. There are three modes:
- You pay: you pay for the seat at your bulk rate, starting at $10 per operator and dropping with volume.
- Operator pays, you earn: the operator pays the normal $15 themselves, and you earn a commission, same rates as the Affiliate Partner Program, once their course is complete.
- Operator pays your discounted rate: the operator pays directly, but at your current bulk rate instead of $15. You do not pay and you do not earn a commission; it is a courtesy you can extend to your people.
Every seat you pay for or that is paid at your discounted rate, regardless of mode, counts toward your lifetime seat total, which is what determines your bulk rate going forward.
2. How Commissions Work
Commissions only apply to operators added under "Operator pays, you earn." Your rate increases automatically with your organization's lifetime paid-seat count across all three modes combined ($5 each for your first 50, $6 for 51-100, $7 from 101 onward), and a commission only ever fires when an operator you added completes a course and their certificate is issued, never just for being added to a roster or paying. Commissions are paid automatically via PayPal or Venmo.
One commission per operator. Since the course is a single lifetime payment with free renewals, there is one commission per operator, not one per renewal.
3. W-9 and 1099-NEC
The IRS only requires a 1099-NEC once a contractor is paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year. As our own precaution, we ask for a completed W-9 earlier than that, once your organization's lifetime commission earnings cross $1,500. Everything you have already earned stays yours and gets paid as soon as it is received; we simply hold further payouts until the W-9 is on file. A 1099-NEC is issued to you, not to your individual operators, since the commission is paid to the organization.
4. Refunds
Refunds work per operator, under whatever refund policy applies to any individual direct-purchase customer. This applies the same way regardless of pricing mode, whether you paid for the seat, the operator paid full price, or the operator paid your discounted rate. A refund on an "Operator pays, you earn" seat, issued before certificate issuance, means no commission was ever earned on it, since commissions only pay out once a certificate exists; the two windows do not overlap.
5. Payouts
You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal or Venmo account to receive commission payouts. If a payout fails because of incorrect or missing details on your end, we will hold it until you correct them; we are not responsible for delays caused by bad payout information.
6. Operator Accounts
Every operator you add gets their own individual login and their own progress, certificate, and dashboard, the same as any customer who buys a course directly. You can see their status and certificate from your organization dashboard, but they are not locked into your account; it is theirs for life, the same as any other customer's.
7. Disputes
Questions about a commission, a missing payout, a refund, or anything else in this program go to support@forklift-certification.io. We will work it out directly; a real person reads and answers that inbox.
8. We Can End the Relationship
We may suspend or terminate any organization account at any time for abuse of the program, including fraudulent or fabricated operator roster entries. Commissions already earned on real, completed operators before termination will still be paid.
